Well there is a signal under all that noise.
Sitting at 26.919 MHZ
The Radio Shop:
10 volt to IF board
The Radio Shop:
RF/IF 5 volt regulators
The Radio Shop:
While testing the counter board (H) I found that the 10 MHz clock was not present.
I did verify that the crystal works by inserting it on my crystal tester.
Now to find what component in the osc circuit is not working.
