got the radio like this, it keys up but when you unkey it sounds like it is still keyed up, or the squelch is real hi. it does receive but . I check the voltage at the final it has 13.8 volts on center leg, took the the leg up and the volts was the same. it does switch when you key and un key. if anyone has idea which direction to go it would be great
