The NC Gen Assy passed the same garbage a few months ago for NC.  This  hasn\'t been thought out at all.  As the guy said the fluorescent replacements are full of mercury.  Solving one problem by creating another is bad government.  I guess we shouldn\'t be surprised.  And it puts out RFI.  RFI interference everywhere.  How great is that!
