TMP connectors
They're manufactured by Taiko-Denki. The RF Connection has them (http://www.therfc.com/taiko.htm) and you can find them on ebay

There are outfits such as Dakota Electronics (link) that deal in used crimpers but, they're still expensive and you'll still likely use it only
once (they don't list a TMP crimp tool). I like the idea of buying a premade cable. Here are 30cm/11.8" cables:
