Title: Where to find genuine sanyo 2sc2999e?

Well for years now I've upgraded the receive on the older dx export radios to schottky and Sanyo 2999E but I used the last of them this weekend. To my surprise it's almost impossible to find them anymore. Ebay has them but no telling if they're genuine or remarked parts... Any suggestions?

they quit making them a few years ago. I just use the diodes for the upgrade, most of the time it works as good as the trans installed with the diodes.

Thanks Sonoma, I'd actually heard that before so I did only the diodes on an older 959 a couple of days ago with pretty good results. I'll keep trying it that wayside and see how they react. I appreciate the come back.
