It is required that you have a valid email address before you sign up on this forum.This is required for several reason. One is to keep some of the spammers out. Two is to help keep the idiots out like the one inpersonating Charlie from QRZ.com. (Yes, I have your IP address)

This kind of foolishness will not be tolerated here.
This forum is here to Help and provide assistants to would be Amateur radio opperators and new ones alike.

Hi I\'m new to all this, My name is John, (Jackpot) Many years ago I was involved in the CB craze in Australia.

I am now looking at getting my ameteur licence.

Is there an Australian web site, where I can take a practice test?

Also can you download the handbook from the web?

I am not a radio operator but I did a search and found this.
