My new project-Mazda B2200 V8 swap
« on: April 15, 2012, 09:15:27 PM »
Well for the past couple of weeks you may have noticed I have not been around much. Been working on a new project. Non radio related.

This time I dropped a 500 horse power 347 into my 92 Mazda B2200 pick up. Here are a few pics.
I have replaced the front end with new parts. Grill and bumper are semi flat black.

few more.
This is a 302 5.0 HO engine that has been stroked to 347 ci.  Running a C4 with manual valve body.
After the engine is comeplete I will narrow the rear and ad a custom paint job.

WOW!! I had a mazda B23 for years,I cant imagine dropping a v8 in,how did the swap go Buddy?
Must have been alot of changes for that motor to fit and work.

Do you still have the truck, bet you cant keep the rear wheel from breakin loose.

I have it together but just have not had time to finish it. Been so busy. It will burn the tires off the rim.  Did not take a lot of modification to mount the engine and tranny. Just custom made mounts.
Thanks Tom
