Luap2:
I am in need of a 1SV73 Varactor  Diode  replacement  cant seem to fine  much info on this.  However I think lots of older CB use one or two

did find this site that gives a cross ref. looks like some good info , sounds like a zener ?

yes  see that but what is the cross over or sub  it just give the same number  I tried checking mouser with that part # I got nothing ???

I have found that the parts from older things are no longer available , and might need to know the
characteristics of that part that needs replacing and find one similar to the same numbers or better. like finding old caps, get the right range of farads then voltages...
