Looking for a repair shop for my ICOM IC-746 PRO

Got an IC-746PRO from a friend. It has 2m side working fine. HF side no receive. I went to Broadcast band and can hear AM but it is like s3, not 20/9 as it should be. Just get noise on HF bands.  Have not checked the RF output on HF yet.

Unit is in good looking condition, nothing looks burned or dented.  Looking for a shop or individual to fix.  Also do not want to exceed the value (used).  I have a fine working IC-746 I have used for comparison.

Something in the receive. front end.
