Any coin collectors here? 1917 Mercury dime
« on: April 22, 2008, 10:04:53 PM »
I found this today while arrowhead hunting.  Seems to be in good shape, to be out in the dirt and weather.  Anyone know what it MIGHT be worth?  Thanks guys.  I don\'t want to sell it, I am just curious.

Its worth at least 10 cents.:arf2:   I have no idea actually.  Its a neat find though!  Maybe try to google some coin collecting sites.  I have some arrowheads from my parents property in Eastern NC.  They were fun to find as a kid.

I collect arrowheads too.  The dime is worth about $5, from what I have read.  I figured more, but since I have 0 in it, I can\'t be greedy.  :)
