How to disable UAC in Vista?

I\'m using Vista almost 3 months i want to minimize mouse clicking when installing software. Although UAC clearly improves the security on Windows Vista but under some scenarios might need to disable it when giving some demos to the clients. Can anyone here could help me to resolve my problem.

I honestly do not know of any way to disable that. It is a nice feature but gets to be a pain at times. I have googled this to death but found nothing.
