Much like the old Expo kits. This one has so many xtals they added a vfo board on it to cover the different ranges. Looks like they tried to make something like a 200GTL-DX. That would have been a neat radio to have

Oh yeah. I found what this is. It was called the card kit.  Never used any of those myself.

Never used them either, but the name really rings a bell. I think these are the kits that Selman Enterprises (A.K.A. Secret CB) used to push so much. Just like the Bandit Antenna that you don't hear about anymore
